This isn't a large fancy spa with locker rooms and saunas etc so if that's the vibe you're looking for, this wouldn't be for you. “Dean and Cherie were amazing hosts! The B&B is very romantic and linked to the history of Biltmore. A must stay when in Asheville. Hosting evening social hours where we met many people from all over. Prepared amazingly delicious breakfast every day. You will not be hungry. Will certainly return and the Inn is small pet friendly. Central location within walking distance to great restaurants and lots of things to do as well as the downtown area and arts district. We have stayed at many inns over the years and Abbington Green is one of our absolute favorites. Glad we had the opportunity to stay.Rooms: Beautiful rooms with English themes. Great amenities. Jacuzzis, pet friendly in the carriage house, plenty of parking and clean.“

Shea told me he specializes in trigger point therapy and I told him I'm not a big fan of deeper work. “I recently received a massage from Kara, and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! I've never experienced a massage like it. It didn't even feel like she was using hot stones, it felt like she was working magic! The hot towels were also an awesome addition. Normally I can't afford the extra touches, but they're included in Kara's sessions! I felt like a million bucks afterwards. I was so relaxed that I could barely speak. She has a fantastic special for new clients, so please do yourself a favor and book yourself a massage! I plan to visit again and again. I also can't wait to get a facial. Oh, and her space is beautiful and comfortable!“

“The Fresh Aire Spa and Salon staff were very nice and made it really easy to coordinate a pre-wedding trial-run and wedding-day hair-and-makeup session. Tracie is super friendly and wonderful to work with; all of my bridesmaids loved chatting with her. She made everyone feel comfortable and heard, and ultimately beautiful! She took the example photos I had imagined and created a look that matched exactly what I was hoping for: a 1920s style, perfect for the Asheville area!I think timing was off-of-schedule as she was trying to finish all hair-and-makeup before the photo session (despite the first part of the photos were reserved for only bride and groom), so we were delayed by 45 minutes in the end. Nothing major, but it took away from the photo time that we had.“
