This entire spa and its staff are awesome, however, the treatments I receive from Dr. Mark Chandler are especially wonderful. I have seen him and other providers at this spa over the years for Botox, face IPLs, VIP peels, and a filler consultation. I have zero complaints about the other staff but Dr. Chandler with my IPLs listens to what my concerns are and, in addition, he takes a very thorough look at my face and notices and special-treats areas he notices himself. Today I had Botox injections at this practice, administered by Sarah Hefner and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve had Botox injections since 1998. Sarah was very respectful of my experience and didn’t try to talk me into more or different locations. She and her assistant (whose name I don’t know) were both so very pleasant and welcoming. I’m pleased to have found this practice.
