“Having moved around quite a bit, it’s been difficult to find a therapist (let alone TWO) that “get me”. Sandra has been a life saver for my lower back (L5-S1 disc degeneration). She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, is patient, respectful, and STRONG! She doesn’t hold back (unless asked to). Very targeted to my pain, she finds it and then branches out to find the source. I can’t say enough great things about her.

One day, my pain was nearly debilitating - she didn’t have any availability for days. Sandra was kind enough to refer me to her coworker, Christine… a very different therapist.. but equally fantastic; took the time to listen, kind, STRONG, and respectful.

The property is stunningly beautiful and the Turchin family and all their staff are so thoughtful and lovely people. Our retreat included a dance and song workshop in the Sanctuary, which is a stunning and peaceful space, as well as lunches in the Silo Farmhouse restaurant. The food was amazing! I highly recommend, and my husband and I plan to go back together this spring to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable time!“

“Wonderful gem of an Aveda Salon! Easy to find with ample parking. The first thing I noticed was how GREAT the salon smelled! The entire salon was neat and well stocked/organized. The salon has its own private room for each stylist which offers privacy and a more intimate experience. The salon is the cleanest salon I think I’ve ever been to!
I was greeted by Carrie with a smile and she was so friendly! We instantly cliqued and it felt like I had known her forever. She listened to my current critique of my hair and what I wanted different. She knocked the ball out of the park! The end result was exactly what I was looking for and I walked out of the salon happier with my hair than I had been in a long time!! I’m so glad I found Carrie and look forward to my next appointment with her! She is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable with Aveda products and color! I can’t say enough about her!
