We did the Appalachian Couples package with Diana (facials) and Katie (massages) plus a foot soak with Essie! Everyone was so kind and detail oriented. I shared it was our anniversary when we booked and everyone greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary - there was even a personalized sign in the foot soak area. Both Diana and Katie were AMAZING! We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! We will make it a tradition to return anytime we’re in Asheville! Was absolutely a lovely relaxing morning!
HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!! We traveled from Nashville TN to Asheville to celebrate my birthday, and to my surprise they had scheduled a spa day for me at Skin Spa and when I tell you it was the best experience, I cannot say it enough! From the moment I got there, it was so relaxing and zen - my massage therapist was PHENOMENAL (so much so that I caught myself falling asleep multiple times which has never happened before) and then the esthetician that did my facial was just as amazing! I had a lovely time being pampered at the Skin Spa! My esthetician was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxing and tranquil. I’ve had a variety of skin treatments over the years and this was top notch! I would like to do some more specialized treatments in the future. I appreciated the product recommendations that were discussed after my service and already pulled for me by the time I arrived downstairs.
