Parkway Heating and Air did a great job on our Split Units installedlast summer. It has both Heat and Air. We could not be happier.They were on time and kept their completion dates.Very satisfied !

The folks at Parkway did a great job with the new Trane heat pump/air handler and dual Mitsubishi units. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The only issue we have had is our power bill has increased-I believe from the usage of the Mitsubishi units. I realize that Parkway isn’t the manufacturer but I would review the efficiency more closely if I thought energy cost would increase as much as it has done with the new install.

Travis is one of the nicest and honest contractors i have met while living here in Waynesville. I woke up a few days ago and noticed the outdoor temperature was 1degree. My propane furnace had stopped working sometime during the night. The house was getting chilly so I started calling HVAC businesses for service. It was a Sunday and very few answered the phone. Travis was the first one to call me back and agree to come over and take a look at it.Although I know next to nothing about propane furnaces, i briefly told him was I noticed mine was doing.
