Josh Mills is just the best! Thorough, on time and honest as they come. Josh has serviced our home for the last couple of years and is a refreshing change from the large corporately owned HVAC company in WNC we had previously used who was more interested in selling other products than being totally above board with us as to what our true needs were.

Josh/Cruso was terrific. He found time for me in his schedule same-day. He arrived on time, early in fact. He was professional, respectful of my home and careful not to let my dogs and cats out or trap them in a room he was working in. I’ll definitely use him/them again.
