I called about a leaking washer. The Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He found my washer problem and also pointed out 2 others issues that would need replacing in the near future. I could have ignored the future issues to keep my bill lower but I chose to make all repairs required and just pay for one service call The parts were shipped to my home. It was a hassle free repair with a very courteous Technician who was honest with his assessment, explained and showed me my washer problems, gave me financial options, and then came back and made all repairs.Service: Washing machine repair
My rating is on the technican not the business. I was scheduled for a call today 8 -5. It showed his eta around 3:30pm. I monitored the tech throughout the day to see where I was. At 2pm he was on his next to last job, making me his last job with an eta of 10:32pm. After staying home all day not hearing a word from anyone I tried finding a phone number to call Sears. There is not one. Totally unacceptable. I then called my warranty company who also had limited ways to communicate with Sears. Our technician Corey was able to come and diagnose our problem in no time, and this was after 10 weeks of waiting for a part that another technician had said we needed from his diagnosis of our problem, but Corey was able to fix it because he figured the real issue out, because he actually knew what he was doing. The part the other guy was waiting for would have cost Sears $1500 bucks because of our protection agreement, but Corey fixed it and replacement part might have cost Sears $10 bucks! We were just glad someone showed up who knew what he was doing!
