“I called Robeson Heating and Air in Washington, NC on a Monday for a general cleaning and checkout of our heat pump. They scheduled me for Wednesday after lunch. The technician called me just before noon on Wednesday and told me he'd arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived just when he said. He (Josh) did a great job. He was very thorough. He checked the refrigerant level and the starting capacitor and thoroughly cleaned the coils. Took maybe 45 minutes.“
