The technician called me just before noon on Wednesday and told me he'd arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived just when he said. He (Josh) did a great job. He was very thorough. He checked the refrigerant level and the starting capacitor and thoroughly cleaned the coils. Took maybe 45 minutes.“
