“After returning from a trip out of town I noticed water dripping form my back soffit on the roof. I knew the pipe from the heat pump was blocked and the soffit was the overflow. I called Wetherington at 5:30 on a Friday evening and left a message. They immediately called back. They offered to come over or I could try suctioning out the pipe from down below with a gas vac. This worked great!!! They did offer to come out on emergency that evening or Saturday. I greatly appreciated their help!! It was good to know they had my back! Thank you.“
