“Have NOT received refund for a full Fan unit that I paid for September 23rd (ten) days ago. It only took 24 hours to charge my card. This is the second time a case has been miss diagnosed by the same Technician. Been doing business with the company for 20 years. I am Totally Concerned about my refund and Dissatisfied with the Service.“
