“About 10 years ago, after having a lot of trouble with my last HVAC company, I found Houston.

Quick Response, Friendly, and Great Service. Usually come out the same day I call or the next morning. They are willing to come out as many times as necessary to do the job right.

Most of the time they get it right, but a couple times their replacement part was bad and failed in a week or so. When that happened, they quickly came out on their own dime and fixed the problem.

As long as they keep up their current level of service, I won't even try anyone else.“

“I am so pleased with this company! I called Glen's heating and air this morning because my heatpump was not working. I got a text stating someone would be here between 1 and 3 p.m. They were here right at 1 p.m. and checked out the heatpump but couldn't find anything wrong but got it working and did not leave until he was sure it would work. I could not have asked for anything better. The cost was a standard service fee that was very reasonable. Thank you Bryan C for answering all my questions.“
