“On the hottest day of the year (so far), we called Houston Heating and Air Conditioning when our unit wouldn't turn on. Within two hours they'd arrived, diagnosed, and repaired our A/C unit. Great response time, even better service!”
“I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with this company. They installed an entirely new HVAC system in my home, and from start to finish, they were absolutely professional.
The entire crew was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the new system before they left. The workmanship was excellent, and they clearly took pride in doing the job right.
I was also very impressed with how clean they were throughout the installation. They treated my home with respect, kept the work area organized, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. You wouldn’t have known they had just completed a major installation.
It’s not often that you find a company that combines great workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness, and genuinely friendly service all in one. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or air-conditioning work. Excellent company and an excellent experience from beginning to end!”
“Melinda was quick to respond to my voicemail and very professional. She took my info regarding the issue with my AC unit and let the tech know I could be at the house in 20 min. Cody was the service tech and called to let me know he was on his way before the scheduled appt. He diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the blower motor. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service and getting my downstairs AC going! I recommend Glenns to everyone.”
