“Simply THE BEST massage experience I have ever had! I am a middle aged woman who has had at least 30 different masseuses in my life. My experience with Alana was THE best, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

My mom and I went here last week and each got a massage. We were first time clients. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. They helped my mom navigate completing her form on a tablet and were patient with her. After completing our forms, we were offered warm neck wraps, water and comfortable seats in the waiting area. It was quiet and serene.

My mom was called back first and a few moments later Alana came and introduced herself to me. She was very sweet and kind and put me right at ease. After taking me back to a room, she and I talked about what I did and did not want from the massage. Alana listened and truly heard me and gave me the most wonderful massage with everything that I asked for. I had let her know I wanted a quiet massage and she respected that. She checked in with me about 5 minutes into the massage to confirm the pressure was what I wanted and I told her it was perfect. I have never felt as heard and listened to as I did that hour. Alana is amazing and I highly encourage you to visit her or any of the other wonderful licensed massage therapists at this location. Everyone was so very nice.

If I lived in NC, I would have signed up for a membership and booked future massages with Alana. On my next visit, I will plan ahead and have an appointment booked with Alana!“

“Michelle is patient, knowledgeable and a gentle practitioner of acupuncture. She takes the time to get to know you and address your unique needs. Her treatment space is peaceful and relaxing. I have been going to acupuncture for years and would and do recommend her services anyone in need of healing. I usually go for treatment for my arthritic knees and I always come out of treatment feeling calmer, lighter and with less pain.“
