She tells me what information I need to know, and then explains the choices or options I have. I like the up front and honest approach, but the compassion. She also is very knowledgeable. The whole team there is amazing. I also love how they are willing to teach new CMAs. Which is a wonderful thing, because as a compassionate group we need them to train the future of health care to be compassionate like them.”
