NP Jennifer is great. She always takes the time to listen to what the problem is. She will explain what is going on, and break it down, not using medical jargon. She tells me what information I need to know, and then explains the choices or options I have. I like the up front and honest approach, but the compassion. She also is very knowledgeable. The whole team there is amazing. I also love how they are willing to teach new CMAs. Which is a wonderful thing, because as a compassionate group we need them to train the future of health care to be compassionate like them.
Dr. Janine Hepler is the absolute best provider I have seen. She takes her time, asks detailed questions and makes sure you understand your course of treatment. She genuinely cares! She is kind and courteous and seems VERY knowledgeable. I had blood work done and was told the staff would call when the results came in and much to my shock... they called! I didn't have to chase down any results or play phone tag for weeks! I will NEVER go anywhere else! This clinic, this staff and Dr Hepler are THE BEST!
My wife and I are very happy with our experience here. We’ve had some pretty bad dr experiences in the area and this is the first place that actually seemed to really care about us as patients and human beings that are just looking for great medical care!!
