Feels like things have changed since I started with this practice. I have had to book visits & wait excessively just to get referrals renewed with outside providers that I’ve already established care with. Communication on the purpose for other appointments has not been clear and my PCP was switched without any prior notification. I would no longer recommend this office.
Provider is great! Has listened to every concern I have. The only issue I’m having is that they NEVER answer the phone. I have called all hours of the day and not once has anybody answered nor have they returned my call after leaving a voicemail, I have also tried doing the patient portal and sending a message. Basically the only way to get a hold of someone in the office is by going to the office itself. Very frustrating.
MedFirst has a true life saver and is the best primary care provider I’ve ever seen in Bertha Taylor-Miller. She quite literally has saved my life by catching a critical heart condition that had never previously been diagnosed. I would trust Bertha with the lives of anyone I love and cannot recommend her highly enough!
