Called to ask about services on AquaHot. Call went to voice mail and I got distracted and didn't leave a message. To my surprise Doug called me back from caller ID I guess. He took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting tasks and said if that didn't work then call back to get scheduled for repairs. I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of just getting me in to make a buck.
