Doug and team do great work! I had our camper's broken awning replaced and these folks were great to work with and got us fixed up. They ask about needs like upcoming trips and do their best to work with your needs. They worked with my insurance well too. Will definitely use again if we ever have the need.
I recently had some repair work and parts installation done on my camper, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Doug was fantastic to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire process while my camper was in the shop.
I had supplied my own cameras and an auto-leveling kit, and Doug and his team installed everything without any issues. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
Great service, great communication, and excellent results. I highly recommend them for any RV repair or upgrades!
Called to ask about services on AquaHot. Call went to voice mail and I got distracted and didn't leave a message. To my surprise Doug called me back from caller ID I guess. He took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting tasks and said if that didn't work then call back to get scheduled for repairs. I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of just getting me in to make a buck.
Thanks again Doug,
Matt
