Called to ask about services on AquaHot. Call went to voice mail and I got distracted and didn't leave a message. To my surprise Doug called me back from caller ID I guess. He took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting tasks and said if that didn't work then call back to get scheduled for repairs. I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of just getting me in to make a buck.

I found these folks online, read the reviews, called them and had a wonderful conversation with both, and so I brought our RV in for a list of items to be done. We are new owners, not experienced in RV's but we did live aboard a sailboat so the systems are quite similar.
Owners Doug & Cindy were simply awesome, no question too silly, and everything on the list fixed right the first time, and in timely manner.
