The cleaners were available next day, Saturday, when I went online to make an appointment to clean my Rug. I called the 800 number and added the couch cleaning. they arrived on time. They explained everything they were going to do. They were honest about what they could and couldn’t do with the Dog hair embedded in the couch. They offered a solution going forward that would protect everything, which I bought for an equitable price. And 75 minutes later, they were done! Fast service, knowledgeable, courteous, and complete.
