Our fifteen year old Electrolux canister vacuum recently quit. We took it to Ritchie at Aerus Electrolux in New Bern, NC. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. We researched new and used Electrolux vacuums and decided to have him replace the motor in ours. He completed the job in one day, fixed a couple of other issues while he had the vacuum apart and now it works better than ever. Ritchie was direct and honest in his answers to our questions and didn’t pressure us into repairing the vacuum or buying a new one. This place of business is amazing. I have asthma and I also have pets. I contacted a few different companies about getting an air purifier but this company was amazing. They are very friendly and efficient. They came in and did a FREE air test. I found out I had mold in my house and a few other things. I’ve had this air purifier for about 3 months now and i’ve been breathing much better and so far no asthma attacks. I recommend this company highly. Very friendly & fast.
I bought a vacuum cleaner from this company a few months ago. It’s a great vacuum, haven’t had a single problem. Very friendly people. I had a few questions within the week I got it and they were willingly to answer any questions I had.
