Richard arrived on time and was ready in minutes but took his time to ensure complete and thorough cleaning of four rooms. His pricing for the quality of work is very good. I would use his service again and recommend giving him a call for excellent service.

What an outstanding locally owned company!! I had called about deep divots in my carpet since I never rearrange furniture and belatedly realized how bad they were. Ouch. Instead of trying to sell me a service, however, the owner gave me some DIY advice instead. When those didn't help, he came out and gave it his best shot at a VERY reasonable rate. Great guy and super down to earth! If you need carpet care, don't hesitate to give Eastern Shore a call!
