I cannot sing enough praises about ServPro of New Bern. From the first phone call until the service we had top notch care and response. I was devastated when we discovered that we had a mold issue in our home and reached out to ServPro due to their excellent reputation in our area. The response time from my initial call to getting Mark out to our home for air samples and to access the damage was two days. I recently had a fire that affected 85% of a two bedroom townhome layout in New Bern, NC. Within hours, their crew was on site and getting to work on the demo and water mitigation. Within another 36 hours, all damaged material was removed and all moisture extracted.
