I contacted Reeces Klean Sweep about tree damage to the chimney after Hurricane Helene. Travis came out and looked the damage over and gave me an estimate. While doing so, he pointed out a safety issue with the non-lined flue and included the fix in my estimate. They were 12 weeks out starting the work which was fine and started the repair on the exact day that was promised. Before the work began, he called me after stopping by the project to let me know that we had several loose stones in the fireplace. I told him that the rock fireplace was the center piece of the 1913 built house and he assured me that the repair would be clean and the look would not change!
The project was completed last week and I could not be more pleased with the results. Travis and his team were on time and professional. Bekah has moved from Black Mountain (Changes) to Akari (the sign still says Acapulco) at 1 Kenilworth Knoll, Suite 8 in Asheville. The negative reviews for Changes Salon was WAY before Bekah took it over. She is a fantastic stylist. Yes, she does take her time and yes she does talk a lot, however, her work is amazing and so totally worth it and I totally love that about her!!! She is a super amazing human AND stylist and I won't be going to anyone else. She knows how to work with my with my hair's natural growth pattern (cowlick). The changes in my hair texture and density due to chemo treatments has made it more noticeable, and only Bekah has been able to cut my hair so that the cowlick isn't even noticeable. She's affordable, she's fantastic and if your looking for an amazing stylist that understands hair and really takes her time to get it right then Beckah is your go to girl. Charlotte is knowledgeable, professional, and amazing. I travel 1 1/2 hours one way for my appointments - and it is time well spent. She has done abdominal therapy and cranial sacral - unblocking emotional issues. I had been in pain for years due to endometriosis and had scar tissue causing intestinal problems. I have zero issues since she worked on me. I highly recommend her.

I have had significant neurological, memory, and speech issues, and Mariah has been a wonderful help to my health. She has helped me work on both my speech and memory after brain surgery and a stroke, and both have gotten better with her help. She is very flexible and understanding with scheduling issues. My rehab has ended, and I am still using and practicing using the tools and routines that she taught me.
I can’t believe Andrew doesn’t have more 5 star reviews! I had them come out and widen my driveway and level out part of my yard. They went above and beyond, adding some extra steps to reduce erosion and scatter som grass seed. Overall a good cleanup of an overgrown lot situation. Jorge brought in a good team that made quick work of taking down my overgrown front and back yard, and even took out a fallen tree from Helene. They did this in less time than I thought and for a reasonable price. I will use them again.
Four and a half years after Ben redid our roof, we developed a roof leak. They came out within a few day, fixed the problem, and paid for a painter to repair one wall. Communication and follow up was amazaing. Would highly recommend and will definitly use them when the need arises next.
