Outstanding service. Professionals across the board. We just did our semi annual maintenance and a duct cleaning. Both with done to perfection. Terry, at the home office, is stellar! She ensured everything was done to perfection. They will continue to care for our HVAC.
1st tech didnt find the real problem. However, the 2nd two techs did & left 2 pick up the part needed. They returned quickly and replaced the broken part. Before they left, they made sure everything was working properly. Jpb well done!
I came down the Thursday before Memorial Day and found my ac unit not working. I called for a service visit and was told it would more than likely be the next morning before someone could get here. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I got a text, that evening, that Tray was on his way. He got my unit up and working. Great customer service and Tray saved the day and kept us from a miserable night!!!
