Our AC went on the blink and I looked at Yelp and Google reviews and they were highly recommended. I’m glad we had them come out because their employee, Robert, was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He had the issues taken care of within a couple of hours and he promptly got to our home not long after we talked with someone on the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone with AC/heater unit problems.
Very efficient! Office people was very helpful! Robert, the technician from Aire Serv , went above & beyond to fix the problem and got here for the service in several hours!I recommend them highly & will use them in the future.The company who installed the unit had no record of the installation. When I called them for service they were unable to promptly come & said the unit (which they had installed 3/2023 ) was 10 years old!The problem that was found was due to an improper installation of the new unit!
I could not have been more happy with the service technician, Robert, that AireServ sent out to perform maintenance on our HVAC system. He was on time and extremely professional and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I would not hesitate to use/recommend AireServ and will ask for Robert next time we need service.
