Recently someone locally recommended us giving American Air a chance to quote on replacing an aging HVAC system in our Oak Island beach house. I called them and they promptly came out and gave us a quote which was competitive so we contracted them to do the job. While I never actually met anyone from American Air through the whole process the information on what they would do with the job was thorough, accurate, and easily understandable. And they kept us up to date by email regularly about what was going on. But the real feather in the cap was the whole job American Air did is nothing short of incredible!
