“Shout out to Joe from fire and ice. Super nice super friendly very informative. I had an extremely old system that honestly needed to be replaced probably 10 years ago just haven’t had the time or money. Last summer A/C wasn’t working it’s hard to find a good HVAC company that doesn’t try and sell you something soon as they come out but fire and ice came out didn’t try and sell me on any new system at all immediately went to try and fix the issue which they did successfully came out a few more times for this super old system, they fixed it every time never tried to get me to buy a new one, then when it came time for winter I decided to see how much it would take to get a new heating and ac system fire and ice quote came back very competitive decided to go with them they got my new system in the next week and it’s great. I cannot recommend them enough super friendly customer satisfaction driven.“

“Rich replaced/painted 3 exterior doors (2 fiberglass and 1 wood) and a storm door, and did a terrific job on all of them. In one case, he removed the existing frame (due to rot) all the way down to the masonry and rebuilt/installed the door as if it was new construction. He meticulously stained the wood front door so that it's now a real showpiece. All of the work was beautifully done, and he (and wife Devan) left the surrounding areas cleaner than they were before their arrival. Rich also repaired some other old-house-type problems (broken step, holes in the roof, etc.) as part of this project: I believe he can do just about everything, and do it well! In the past, he's also done a similarly beautiful kitchen renovation for me, which I really love. “I had two ecobee smart thermostats that I needed installing. The home advisor site put me in contact with Fire and Ice and Joe came out within two hours. Coincidentally my heating went out downstairs that morning. Joe fixed the heating issue and installed the thermostats. He was very thorough and professional and he was proficient in everything that needed to be done. One of the thermostat sensors wouldn’t connect so Joe took the time to troubleshoot with an ecobee technical advisor. “Lanier Builders helped renovate the back porch on my house. The porch had been all screen at one time, but someone had enclosed it with boards to make it better for storage. Lanier removed the enclosure for me and turned it back into a screen porch. Now that is my favorite spot in the house. They were fast, and they cleaned up before they left. The price wasn't cheap but they were reasonable. I don't really care how they drive, they did a good job on my porch!“
