“This is my second job with Mainland Stoneworks (a rental kitchen and now my own laundry room). The first job was mainly based on cost and on the initial interaction with Jeff Ray (sales) who was very professional and patient. Their estimate was clear, unlike another stone place in Kville where I had to call to have them walk me through it. This second job was based again on price as well as previous experience. This time my sales contact was Donald Shortt (Jeff moves to commercial), he was just as patient with me, good follow ups and easily reachable. On installation day, their two installers Brunos and Anibal were excellent. I am what I would consider a detail oriented person, yes somewhat picky at times, but they really exceeded my expectations. Both sides of the laundry room are exactly the same length and the backsplashes were interchangeable from a size stand point, but they paid attention to the pattern details to find the best possible visual layout. One small hiccup was handled quickly and the job was completed without delay. Also shot out to the guy that came to take the measurements…. that is precision!<br>Thank you for a job well done!”
