We are just starting the process with Schumacher and have met with 2 wonderful guys, Austin Eads (met briefly in Benson, NC) and Kevin Price, we've had 2 lengthly meetings with Kevin. Both young men were amazing, and took time to answer questions in detail. Kevin has gone above and beyond to help us, he moved his schedule around to fit us in the first time because we could only be there that day. He worked with us to make sure that our plans were exactly what we wanted. We are so excited to move forward with Schumacher Homes.

I recently sold my home and decided to build a smaller one—one that would feature all the details and amenities that new construction has to offer. I met with several builders who presented me with wonderful options, but at a price completely outside my budget. Other options fell within my budget, but the quality of construction—and the attention to detail—left much to be desired. Finally, I found Schumacher Homes and one of their representatives, Kevin Price. Mr. Price showed me, in precise detail, the wonderful home they could build for me.
