It was hot summer day, AC stopped working. Called Frazier brother's for service since they installed the unit 6-7 years prior. Service tech came out a few hours after I called, diagnosed the problem as a dead blower motor, got a replacement motor, reinstalled it, check refrigerant, and back up and running in three hours. Doesn't get any better than this.

Referred by my nephew. They were prompt, reasonable and great to work with and extremely prompt. Called years later, came repaired and never a issue. Unit sold 10 +years ago has been outstanding. Great business.

One of the hottest days of July and my air conditioning quits working. I called Frazier Brothers and left a message which was promptly returned. This was around 12 noon, I was thinking it would be at least the next day before anyone could look at it. Mr. Frazier asked a couple of questions and said he would be here in an hour or so and he was. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I was expecting a bill to be considerably higher than what he presented. Quick service, repaired right the first time and very reasonably priced, this type of service is hard to come by in any business these days. I will always call them for any HVAC...read full review
