“I had Delaney Construction install my original roof. Less than a year later a tree fell on one corner of my house. I contacted Mr. Delaney and he was very responsive to my call. He came with the work crew when the repair was done. The repaired area looks exactly like the remainder of the roof. “A great company that is very professional and polite and very professionally behaved around my family especially my wife and kids unlike some contractors that I have been around and seen and used. They came when they said they would. Had the job finished when he said it would be and the gentleman that owns the company was there on the job working right beside his men unlike most contractors. The gentleman knew what he and his men were doing and the job was done rite and looks great. The best looking driveway sidewalk and garage slab on the block. Even the block work they did on the lower half of the building walls all the way around my slab that the rest of the building is gonna be built on. They layed the blocks nice and straight and plum and square and even set the lag bolt's that the bottom plate of the building walls are gonna sit and be bolted down to hold the walls in place. The bottom plate came predrilled and the bolts where set just rite. They went right in the predrilled holes in the bottom plate just as they should with no problem and my driveway and sidewalk are awesome. My wife loves it. No more carrying dirt grass and rocks in the house and no more standing water in my driveway or yard. All the rain water just runs right down the driveway just the way that he said it would away from the house and yard. He even fixed the drainage problem I had in the yard that would hold a massive amount of water from both of my neighbors yards every time it would rain. It look like I had a small pond in my yard that in the summer time would be a home for a lot of mosquitoes and he fixed it. What a awesome company. I have told all my friends about them and they have heard them to do work also. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of concrete work block work or even drainage dutches or grading areas around your driveway or yard that's holding water. Just talk to Barry the owner and he can just look at it and tell you what needs to be done and how to fix it. He does a lot of work for the city of Charlotte and I have seen that work and it's just as great as he done for me at my house. He does alot of their work that needs to be done and has for a long time. I got their number from the city's engineering department. I asked about some work that got done for them and they highly recommend him to me. So from here on out he his the only one that is gonna do any work for me and my family and friends.“
