This property known as GILLESPIE Properties was one that I forced into living because they bought out another company. I knew it was gonna be issues when their first conversation consisted of the rent increasing. It went from 560 to 650 and then 8 months later it increased to 750. They talked about all these renovations that would be completed but the only people that see those are new renters coming in. My problem comes in when I called and explained that I needed to pay my rent on the 17th of the month... late fee included. I called 3 weeks in advanced. I received an eviction the day after I paid it. Now they want me to pay a court cost with my next months rent. I feel like this is unfair or the property manager could have called me back and explained that she would still be filing papers and let me decide. It's as if life can't happen to you. And I this is not a regular thing for me....

NEVER rent from Gillespie properties, if you don't have a disability or just a normal human being they don't give a crap about what is going on. My apartment is leaking water from the tub into the kitchen and they won't fix it. It took them over 2-3 months to fix our kitchen window. If I could, I would give them no stars.
