“I had a large tree fall down across power lines and RIP the wires, meter and big power box off my house. I called numerous electricians and they couldn't come out soon to remove wires connected to inside box. My wall needed repairs so my insulation didn't get wet. Tri City electrician Chad came out that day to remove it. Wall was replaced and Chad came back out next day to put up new box right away working with his brother on the weekend to get the power back on as soon as possible. The both are trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and took care of everything I needed done. Very friendly and charged me a reasonable amount. “We had a very unique situation where there was a well that was never capped that my wife's grandparents house that we inherited after she passed (we are renovating it) was built over back in the 1950s and took about 16 yards of concrete to fill, also part of the house her grandfather dug out below the foundation to store stuff (which is now junk) down there so we had them bring in a truck load of dirt to fill that in. Definitely glad I had them fill it because I was afraid of going near that 4' diameter by 20'+ hole to run wire or plumbing. Also, ever since they finished the house no longer has a musty smell every time we go over to do work on it. Jason was amazing to work with and was honest and up front with anything that he ran into especially since we were a few hours away. He did make a slight miscalculation on how much concrete was needed but he went above and beyond to make it right by replacing the crawlspace door and laying down plastic under the house after they were finished which impressed me. Super professional work and would definitely recommend them for any crawlspace needs!“

This is a family-owned, local business with 50 years of expertise in the industry instead of what appears to be locally owned companies that have been bought out by private equity, so SHA isn't just all about the money like those equity firms are. “Jeff Junker and I began communicating regarding a new dock back in Oct 2024. It was not until March 27th that we contracted (my delays not his). Jeff was awesome to deal with and took the time to get to know us, our needs, our water situation, shoreline, and timeline. Jeff and Tina took care of everything with no issues or delays! They were on top of every detail including the many modifications and change orders (no additional administrative fees for changes)…they were highly communicative and always available during the process. We made the initial deposit and entered the queue March 26th with a ETA of an estimated 6 months. In fact the dock was delivered early and completed Aug 9th…more than 1.5 months ahead of schedule. The planning process, the permitting, the build time, and the overall experience was nothing short of 5-stars! Way to go Jeff, Tina, Josh and the many others that worked on this project! My favorite attribute regarding DOCKS OF LAKE NORMAN … they are a real business with a great show room, so much more than a pick up truck and a cell phone. “I ordered a craftsman set - GR 3879 - Craftsman work bench and a 2000 series 5-drawer cabinet. Ordered this item online. Paid the price listed online for the set. However, only the work bench was delivered. Called customer service and spent over an hour on the phone with an agent who kept saying I only purchased one item of the set and stated I could pay additional for the second item or send back the bench - bait and switch tactic. Kept explaining I want the rolling cabinet. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor - instead stated supervisor went on lunch break. The set is now listed on Lowe’s site for $100 more, but is also listed as not available. I just want the rolling cabinet as advertised and ordered. Very poor experience. Not happy at all so I reached out to Lowe’s corporate office. Lowe’s corp was able to review my situation and rectify it. I had the rolling cabinet delivered in less than a week. Thank you Lowe’s Corp.!“
