As I shifted from being an employee to a contractor, especially in a new to me state, I wanted the assistance of a professional preparer instead of using turbo tax like I previously did for years. I’m so thankful that I chose Carolina Business Services. When I sat with Melissa to go over all of the details of my year, my previous stress about whether I’d find a good fit to work just disappeared. Even on April 15th when pickups and walk-ins were staggering, they handled it brilliantly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, but will do so much easier in the year.

I only recently started going back to the dentist after avoiding it for a while. I originally came to this office because they take my insurance, but I stay because I genuinely appreciate them and the work they do. The dental hygienist, Alexis, is kind, professional, caring, and she explained everything to me in detail and I was happy to learn so much from her. My gums need some work and she made me excited to take care of myself and begin healing, and I know she’ll continue taking great care of my dental health throughout the process. Dr. Lambert is a true pleasure to see and I appreciate the great work he did on a chipped tooth of mine— it had been bothering me and making me self-conscious, but he fixed it up beautifully and I love showing my smile again. It really improved my confidence. He also gently encourages me to do what I need to stay healthy and protect my teeth (some surgery in the future), but never pressured me and is extremely compassionate and understanding of my fears. Overall this is a great office with caring professionals ready to help you, and I highly recommend them.
Andrew and the staff in Forest City are wonderful. They keep the facility neat and clean and are so personable. I would like to see a red light booth at this location. I was working out of town and used one at another location and found it very beneficial to my recovery.
Rhonda and John have been incredible to work with on our kitchen renovation and flooring. We sought out multiple design options and quotes, but the level of customer service and attention to detail by the two of them surpassed all the others. From the moment we walked in to speak with them, Rhonda was incredibly helpful and gave great input without negating our vision. John was the first designer to actually bring my vision to life in a design!! They always held space for us when I was second guessing color choices and never once rushed us to make a decision. We always left them feeling more reassured and confident in the choices we made.
One last thing (but most important thing to me personally)…they stand behind their work!!! We had a minor problem with our flooring and they were amazing about it. Where you hear horror stories about other businesses, that’s not the case here. I can happily say they got it fixed for us!
From the quality of work and the design skills to the financial side, I truly can’t recommend them enough!! If you are looking for someone you can trust and will get the job done, they are your people!

I’ve been going here for the last year, Torri is fantastic and always does a great job. I used to do fantasy colors (my blonde hair was blue) and she went above and beyond to get me back to a more natural blonde again.
