I've never been there wanting an item or advice than stan didn't have. #1 in all areas!!! Stanley wants people to have what they need and want, I can't think of ANYBODY who has left that store not better than when they arrived, if B sharp don't have it , they know who does.!!

Wonderful, wonderful, store!!! Stan is so helpful, and kind. There's always someone friendly to talk music with! Full of history, stories, guitars you'll never see anywhere else, and good people. Whether you're just getting started or have been playing for years this is THE place.

This store is ran by amazing people. I'm completely blown away by their kindness and even though I'm out of state, I will be traveling to get my future instruments here.My experience was from buying a special guitar from a private seller online. The seller ended up pocketing my money and taunted me about selling it locally. If my bank sides with me I'll get my money back in sixty days, but it's not guaranteed. I spent all day calling every store in NC in hopes to locate it. I ended up here and theyre helping me get the guitar in my hands. It means alot, it's not a rare or valuable guitar but something I played while learning and regret selling as a kid. Ive been looking...read full review
