Employees are friendly. It really is a “ no judgment zone” I am overweight and have to wear oxygen. I’m totally comfortable at Planet Fitness. I have even received encouragement from others working out at the gym.
I love planet fitness! I'm a new member and love the atmosphere. People there actually go by the words on the wall " judgement free zone" and its refreshing to feel comfortable with others who are there for their health and to get their bodies in shape. Noone stares, everyone has their purpose and I love it!
I love planet fitness & I’ve never had a single problem in the whole 2 years I’ve been going there until they’ve hired this older woman with the oxygen tank. She’s extremely unprofessional first of all, and secondly this is the 2nd time she’s refused to let me inside to tan at 6:50. She shut and locked the doors EARLY. She needs to be more mindful of the time obviously. It’s not professional to lock the door early and turn a paying member away when they don’t close for another 10 minutes. I only tan for 8 so I’d have been out in 10. Even restaurants stay open if there is someone in the drive through even a minute before closing.
