From the moment you contact this company you will realize this was a good decision. Mr. Hipp is is an exceptional technician and the prices were well below the large commercial companies. I cannot imagine a better company. They will have my business for life. Work and diagnostics were exceptional. I give the highest recommendation! You will not regret calling them!
Absolutely the best. Super helpful and kind people. They have helped us out of so many heating binds right before a cold snap! And they gave us a very reasonable quote on a new system!
David came out and we routed a gas line to service a Standby generator. We agreed on a price and set a date a week out. Well, they never came when they were supposed to and neither David or Richard returned my calls. Only guess is they didn’t want to honor the bid given me and simply blew me off. Unprofessional in the least.
