Wonderful service. We got our new heating and cooling unit from them and it is fantastic. We get services done by them as well, cleaning and also maintenance when needed. We had an issue just the other day when our alternate heat wasn't triggering. A gentleman and his son showed up to work on it; first of all, the service technician was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what he does.
His son was attentively learning, and assisted in every step. Both of them are pillars of the community, and helped us get our heat back (it was my thermostat, not the unit we bought from them).
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service quality and the value of the service as well.

I brought Billy a design that my wife came up with for a cover up tattoo . He had to change a few details to make it work with covering the old tattoo but kept the overall design the same . I could not have asked for anything better . He done an amazing job .

I get so many compliments on my red color since I began seeing Amy years ago. I would also happily see Tami or Mary Grace as they do beautiful work as well. Can't recommend these ladies enough. They each are professional and it's also a plus that they are absolutely hilarious! I always enjoy my visits to the salon and have recommended to my friends and family countless times!

Let me say I love her no matter what I ask for she does it perm color especially cuts .Oh she is so good whatever I ask for she does and over the years we have become good friends . Bob Gomer and his employee Parker Smoak did an amazing job? They did deep cleaning, caulking open cracks and staining of my log cabin. Bob was able to repair a door frame and it looks brand new. The deck was in need of refreshing and he repaired the damaged boards and stained the entire wrap around deck. Bob and Parker worked together as a team and complemented each other's skills. They are professional and respectful of your home. My cabin looks brand new! I highly recommend Standing Bear Log Cabins for any repair, remodel or staining.

We moved to Morganton 18 months ago and have been putting off getting a locksmith out to the house to take care of several needed issues. Now I kick myself for not doing sooner. Within an hour of arriving, the technician had re-keyed 3 door locks, advised on how to lubricate them for smoother operation, and examined and got two very expensive locksets functioning again, trained me on how to work them properly, and left me with 4 new keys.
