We had a few old rescued horses, Dr Butterworth never cancelled an appointment and I could call her in an emergency and she always returned my calls and made a point to come check on our old boys. She is an amazing doctor, she spends time with your pet, big or small, she even talks to them to ease their fear. We no longer have horses, but if the time should come that we need to rescue we would hesitate to ask her to come check them out. She and her assistant are the best, I was always relieved to see her truck coming up the driveway. She even came to help us with a mastiff rescue, she was in horrible shape, again, she gave much comfort to our big girl.

Super easy drop off and timely results for parasite testing!I have two goats and wanted to do a routine check on their parasite load. The drop off process for testing was as simple and easy as it gets and I had my results in less than a day even though I stated it was not urgent. Thank you Dr. Butterworth!

My horse has heaves and was having a bad breathing attack. The vet that I have had for years would not come out because he no longer does large animals. I called many vets everybody told me it’s too far to go. So here I am with my horse That can’t breathe. I called Dr. Rachel Butterworth it took her an hour to get here but she came out and helped my horse. Now he can breathe again. In my book that’s a great vet.
