“Overall this was a pleasant visit. Dr Whitt really took time with my Father that has Dementia. Very patient with him. Dr Whitt will definitely be his permanent eye Dr.
As far as the front desk experience, this needs to be addressed. The young lady that waited on us tried to call to verify my Dad’s insurance one time and she was calling the incorrect number and it was closed. She then tells me that I would have to pay out of pocket due to not being able to verify insurance. I had to show her the correct number and website to verify and then it popped up. By this time we were already 40 mins into the appt. If I had not spoken up she would not have tried any other information on the card and I would have been paying out of pocket fees when my Dad has really good insurance. This needs to get better!“

“I was pleased with the service I received during my visit. The receptionist was very professional & pleasant. Chris was very nice, professional & explained to me what to expect during my visit. And last but certainly not least, was Dr. Braswell, who I was most impressed with. He walked in with a very friendly greeting/introduced himself with a firm eye-contact handshake. He even complimented me on my warm winter sweater! Dr. Braswell clearly explained to me what to expect during his examination. I was so impressed with his kindness & professionalism. I'm very saddened to know my visit might be the first/last time seeing him. Well wishes on his upcoming retirement!“
