The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are extremely kind and caring and there is always little to no wait time. They’ve always listened to all of my concerns and we’re in and out of the appointment within 45 minutes every time.
Went Sunday morning before 9:00 AM and had zero wait. Did make an appointment online. Staff was helpful and efficient. Katie (NP) was kind, thorough and helpful. Would recommend coming here especially if you are a UNC patient already.
Came in yesterday and was pleased with the result .Not much of a wait time.The staff was polite and helpful. And Mr Tim is not your average doctor very professional and knowledgeable but also great guy he really makes you feel at home and takes his time to help you understand what's going on. Thanks again for the help it's very appreciated
