He was willing to work with our insurance company's roof inspector. When it came time for the roof installation this past April, Casey was on site the whole time supervising the project. “I wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience with Southern Premier Roofing.
Everything started when a young woman and a young man from Southern Premier Roofing knocked on our door and offered us a free roof inspection. We weren't really planning to replace our roof, but we decided to have it inspected anyway.

The next day, Chad Dunstan came out to inspect the roof, and from then on he was the person we worked with throughout the whole process. He helped us with the insurance claim, explained everything we didn't understand, helped us choose the roofing materials, talked us through the financing options, and was always available whenever we had questions. He kept us updated the whole time, called to check in, and made sure we always knew what was happening. That made the whole process much less stressful than I expected.

At our first meeting, Riley also spent time explaining how the insurance process works, what the warranty covers, and what to expect. We really appreciated that because everything was new to us.

After we signed the contract, Amanda Schwieters became our main contact for all the paperwork. She was incredibly helpful. She kept us updated, sent all the documents we needed, answered our questions quickly, and explained everything clearly. From what I understand, she also worked directly with our insurance adjuster, which made the whole process much easier for us.

Once everything was approved, they scheduled the installation much sooner than we expected. I don't know the names of everyone on the roofing crew, but Fabricio stayed in touch with me throughout the installation day and kept me updated on the progress.

The crew worked hard, finished the roof quickly, and did a great job cleaning everything up before they left. The new roof looks fantastic.

Overall, we've had a really great experience with Southern Premier Roofing. Every person we worked with was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. It's not often you work with a company where everyone, from the first visit to the final installation, makes the process this easy.
