Ben Davis and his team were amazing! Our neighborhood had hail damage and I spoke with several neighbors and did some research in advance. I spoke with Ben Davis. He clearly described the process and answered all our questions. There was no pressure. He waited patiently for us to decide. We're glad he's the one we went with him. Ours was the best experience of the whole neighborhood.He delivered as promised. He worked with the insurance company, arranged for the work to be done in a timely fashion. I worked with Ben at Pro Performance, he and his team did a fantastic job. This was the first roof replacement I've been through as a homeowner and I believe it couldn't have gone smoother. Ben handled pretty much everything - scoping of the work to be done on the roof, scheduling of the project, and cleanup. Most importantly and surprisingly, he was able to get the insurance company to cover everything (except deductible of course). If you're reading this Ben, thank you for the education you provided in getting a roof replacement completed and making a daunting project an easy going process, it was really appreciated.
