I had the privilege of working with 1st Defense Roofing, and my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. It all began when I reached out to them in January after a severe storm had torn off our attic vent cap. Mark, the owner, immediately stood out with his honesty and professionalism. He advised us to first check our existing roof warranty, even though this meant risking that we might not choose their services.When it became evident that the previous roofing company wouldn't cover the vent cap repair, Mark went above and beyond by visiting our home personally. Fantastic job with the quality of the roof! Mark was top notch in getting us started and finished. The workers were at the house before the sun was up and the roof was done by dinner time! They cleaned up as if nobody was ever there! The meeting to discuss everything the week prior with Mark was smooth. He went over all the details and was super friendly. Insurance claim was a breeze because he helped us through all the steps to get it done. Highly recommend!!
