Staff are kind and polite. One of the only medical institutions I've been too that treated my BP claims credibly - and hey, it turned out I was right!Love the doctor I have here. Very patient and seems engaged when I have questions or concerns.
Go somewhere else. It's so difficult to get someone on the phone. I finally switched to a different endocrinologist after asking multiple times to have my records transferred I just gave up. My new endocrinologist has been working with me, doing different tests to find out the root of the problem. Creedmoor said oh well ?♀️
Dr Warren-Ulanch is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She listens and takes notes and really seems to care about me as a patient. I have not had issues with calling the office as others have mentioned. All of the staff I have met have been pleasant and done a great job.
