“I honestly can't say enough great things about Mid-Carolina. I never had a preference of which doctor I saw during my pregnancy because they were all so great. I had such a great experience with everyone in the office. The front desk ladies are so sweet, the ladies in the lab are awesome and work so hard to keep everything on time! The sonographer was so great! I ended up being induced due to pre-eclampsia and Dr. Ansley started my induction. Wow, she is awesome! So friendly and explains everything so that you can understand it. Dr. Tucker ended up delivering my baby and honestly what a blessing she was. You couldn't ask for a sweeter, more compassionate doctor. She made me feel so cared for and supported every step of the way. She is truly amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond for her patients. I will absolutely be delivering all my future babies with her and this practice.“

“came in for a checkup and to discuss birth control options, left without having discussed birth control at all. felt like it was being avoided and they didn’t care about teaching me anything. i’m sure not everyone who works there would act this way which is why i won’t leave less stars, but the doctor i got was less than underwhelming and it made me feel like i shouldn’t speak. even if i tried, the responses were short and vague. basically i feel like i wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time.“

“Began going here after several negative experiences at a Midwifery. This office was very receptive and friendly. My very first appointment was with an OB who made me feel like I was just a number. There was little explanation provided during the visit and minimal bedside manner from both them and their assistant. I left worried I had made a mistake changing OBs. Then I met Dr. Mandel and she’s been great along with her assistant!! Always there to answer questions, very friendly, and I never feel rushed asking her questions. Am SO happy I found her! UPDATE- I’ve also since met more of the doctors and thoroughly enjoyed them as well. Feel as though I just didn’t mesh well with the first doctor I saw, but am fine seeing the others.

I’m also very impressed and enjoy seeing the ultrasound tech, Carlin, who is ALWAYS optimistic and brings a smile to my face.

I will say billing has been a bit of a headache as someone else noted in another review. I’ve called a couple of times and only got a VM back once and have not been able to talk to anyone yet. That’s where I take off one star.“
