My boyfriend & I have been seeing Betsy for primary care for over 3 years & she has always made us both feel like we can talk to her as much as we need to in order to explain what's going on with our health. She seems to always take our previous history & pricing into consideration when deciding how to proceed with referrals & such. Plus the wait time is always very short compared to any other healthcare provider I've ever been to (including dental & vision)!

NeighborHealth is faith based healthcare and you can feel the difference. The staff members are kind and they work together to provide “wrap around services.” You can come here with or without insurance. They help all people regardless of their ability to pay. This is probably the first time I ever felt comfortable being 100% honest with a medical professional. They use all the same tools: my chart, texts, etc. The biggest difference is their welcoming demeanor. Looking forward to patronizing this healthcare center for years to come.

This is a clinic that serves people young or old. The staff is always courteous, it is always clean, and the staff appears to care. As my one year old walked down the hall it was announced that she was walking and she even had applause. Appointments are easy to make and they always notify you a few days before. Love them !!!
