“KMR has great instructors, students, and is a very supportive community! I have been a member for a year now but have taken several breaks because of conflicts in my own personal schedule. Staff is very supportive in helping you achieve your own personal goals, as well as push you further than you think you can go, with consideration to safety of course.

Whether you are just a beginner or a full fledged Krav badass, this is the place for you! No matter the skill level, everyone at this studio is there to help.

The owner, Ken, is very down to earth, witty, and is always there to answer questions and help to you achieve your goals.

As a local business owner myself, I could not recommend KMR more!“

Triangle's Best Karate Martial Arts Schools

“My son started Karate about three years ago at a different dojo, and we switched to Triangle's Best Karate in June this year. It has been only a few months, but we can see a big improvement in him. We joined their competition team, which is excellent for my son to build his confidence. All the senseis in the dojo are very professional. They are serious about what they are doing and know what they are doing. I highly recommend it!“

9950 Durant Rd, Raleigh
Red Sun Academy Martial Arts Schools

“I began martial arts training at Red Sun Academy in July 2024. When I started, I was a complete beginner, so I took private lessons to get personalized instruction. Nowadays, I do a mix of private and group classes, and I love them both. The school is a welcoming place with a strong sense of community, and the student body is a mixed bag of people, with some students as young as eight and others well into their 60s. No two classes are the same. Each session is different and always includes attention to each skill set and individual experience level. Whether you're a black belt or just starting, you'll get a lot out of every class. The instructor, Sensei Amy, has a broad teaching style that draws from a few different martial arts, including Shotokan, Tae Kwon Do, and Tai Chi. The instructor and assistants are great people, so you'll enjoy spending time with them, whether in private or group lessons. If you want to do martial arts, Red Sun is a great place to do it.“
