TBK provides excellent traditional Shotokan Karate training with opportunities for fitness development and sport competition. The dojo has a passionate group of seasoned instructors, and students can join the competition team to build confidence and compete in AAU regional and national tournaments. The family-like environment at TBK encourages camaraderie and support among teammates, who cheer each other on during competitions.

Great, traditional karate dojo! We've been training here for 6+ years now. Everyone here is incredible and this is our home away from home.
Our group did a women’s self-defense class with Sensi Yu. It was the best experience!! I highly recommend it! She was knowledgeable and provided hands on opportunities to practice. The girls left feeling empowered.
