“I was referred to The Spa Haus by Hot Tub Taxi since they’re a Vita Spa dealer in the area. We owned a Vita Spa before and had a great experience with it, so I made the drive to Garner to check them out.

From the moment I met Matt, I felt like I was dealing with someone I could trust. He's personable, easy to talk to, and never came across as pushy. The showroom has a nice variety of spas in different price ranges, which made it easy to compare models and get a feel for what would fit our needs and budget.

Matt is extremely knowledgeable about spas and took the time to answer every question I had. Even before I committed to buying, he was always available by phone or text, and every response was prompt. I really appreciated how accessible he was throughout the entire process.

One thing that stood out was that Matt didn't try to upsell me on features I didn't need. Instead, he gave honest recommendations about which options were worth the money and which ones I could skip to stay within budget. The timeline he gave me for manufacturing and delivery was spot on, and everything happened exactly when he said it would.

Delivery day went just as smoothly. Matt's team arrived on time, treated my property with care, and had the spa unloaded, moved into place, and set on the pad in about an hour. They were professional, efficient, and great to work with.

I already had my own electrician handle the wiring, but it's nice to know Matt has trusted contractors available if you need help with site prep or electrical work. After everything was connected, he also walked me through getting the water balanced and chemicals mixed correctly so we could start enjoying the spa right away.

Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Great product, honest advice, excellent communication, and first-class customer service. I would absolutely recommend The Spa Haus to anyone looking for a new hot tub.“

“I’ve seen Addy three times since April 2026, at both salon locations, and I am so pleased with her hair cutting and styling. I initially met with her for a smoothing treatment. Unfortunately, the treatment didn’t work for me, and I let the salon know a week later via voicemail. Their response was amazing. They followed up with a phone call, and at my next appointment offered me a full refund — six weeks later. I declined their generous offer. The manager then insisted my haircut was on the house. Even though I declined that offer as well, they insisted!

This has been such a great experience, both personally and professionally. I couldn’t be happier as a client of the salon, and especially of Addy. I did find another salon that offers the smoothing treatment that works for me, and although going to two different salons isn’t ideal, it’s absolutely worthwhile because Addy is incredibly talented!
