I visited Lux Salon a few days ago and my expectations were beyond met! It was an amazing experience overall. The salon itself is incredibly modern and welcoming, it's honestly beautiful inside. Laura D. cut my hair and she was so thorough and very meticulous throughout the whole process. I brought in inspo photos to show her what I wanted- in the end, she gave me exactly that! Rarely do I ever leave a haircut 100% happy, but not in this case! After exploring several salons in the triangle, and unhappy with the results after most, I am so glad I found this Salon and had Laura do my hair. I wish I could give ten stars! I had a quick style from Abby at Lux Salon and my hair looked great. I received so many compliments! It gets even better. I had to cancel my appointment the day before to due an auto accident. The person on the phone was so lovely. I got things sorted out and I thought I'd try to see if there was a chance to get it. Abby - a different one at the front desk was so accommodating. I could tell she was really trying to find a spot in their busy schedule. She did! Skylar was my stylist multiple times. We did a full balayage my first appointment, a half balayage my second appointment, and then dyed my hair back to brown my 3rd appointment. She has been consistent with amazing customer service, and quality results. I can confidently say she is the best hair stylist I’ve had, and one I plan to go back to as long as I am in the area. If I am unsure of color or have questions about anything, Skylar makes sure to give me her professional opinion, she will even bring over her colleagues for additional recommendations, and walk me through what the results would look like so I never have any surprises.
