I’ve seen Addy three times since April 2026, at both salon locations, and I am so pleased with her hair cutting and styling. I initially met with her for a smoothing treatment. Unfortunately, the treatment didn’t work for me, and I let the salon know a week later via voicemail. Their response was amazing. They followed up with a phone call, and at my next appointment offered me a full refund — six weeks later. I declined their generous offer. The manager then insisted my haircut was on the house. Even though I declined that offer as well, they insisted!

What an amazing experience I had. I booked with Olivia for the first time to fix a not so good hair cut from a stylist at another salon. And let me tell you she did not disappoint! My hair looked and felt the best ever! She cut fixed & styled it perfectly and my hair felt so soft!!! I had so many compliments on my hair. Olivia is amazing!
And, everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming It was a breath of fresh air. Olivia and the salon are stuck with me now lol 😆
I visited Lux Salon a few days ago and my expectations were beyond met! It was an amazing experience overall. The salon itself is incredibly modern and welcoming, it's honestly beautiful inside. Laura D. cut my hair and she was so thorough and very meticulous throughout the whole process. I brought in inspo photos to show her what I wanted- in the end, she gave me exactly that! Rarely do I ever leave a haircut 100% happy, but not in this case! After exploring several salons in the triangle, and unhappy with the results after most, I am so glad I found this Salon and had Laura do my hair.
